going back to basics with this week’s cow & buffalo. you may have noticed that i am no where to be seen in this strip! for the foreseeable future i am going to keep this comic cow and buffalo centric as well as attempt to keep the strips their own standalone stories. we’ll see how long that lasts. and before someone comments on this- yes! i will make it through december!
for those clamoring for a resolution to matt yokom’s epic masterpiece, you’re all just going to have to live with it! but matt has informed me he has already written and is in the process of drawing the ending, so i’m just gonna let him do it. it’ll just be a while until you see it is all. for now, just imagine me jumping into my own comic to clean up the mess matt made therefore saving the day (and the world) as we know it. not really too different than most of my weekends.

Aaaawwwww i like long epic storylines with unrealistic unexpected turns of events. of course that isnt to say that single comics are not funny i just like the long story arcs better.

hey andrew- sorry to disappoint! i just need to see if i’m able to do this for awhile. i think it’s a safe assumption the neverending arcs will be back sooner rather than later though. ;)

Andrew Adams, you FOOL!
I love the single comics with no long story arc. It’s easier to make a funny comic when you don’t have to base it on a storyline, ofcourse all of Mike’s comics are funny. :D

no need fer name-calling!
continuity can’t help but rear its ugly head. good luck with the singles, though. i love the stories, but some cheap one-off laughs are more than acceptable.

Hi all, i love single story lines mike…i think it’s really hard to get a joke in 6 panels! you are perfecting your skill…as for my epic ending,it’s up to 10 strips already! haha, naw it’s done in 3 strips :) Im shooting for January but may be subject to change. good job mike, keep up the hilarity!

I agree with Karpolo. I like the single comics too. That is what Mike started out using, also what Jim Davis uses (mostly), and, come to think of it, it is just as good, and is easier, and is how most cartoon artists start with.
Keep up the good work, Mike.

Can I in all future postings call myself Andrew – the giraffe? This will help eliminate confusion, AND make me feel good. :)
