Nice to see that your Cow and Buffalo is going trough important topics. AND this is an important topic.
About the global warming and the snow in the US and big parts of Europe.
Global warming is that the glaciers on land and the pole areas is melting. I remember when I was a student at the Institute of Geography, that they thought that it would take about 50 years more before the melting we see today would come. But as everyone knows, nothing in the world we live in is at a fixed stage, everything is changing. So the temperature for the year as a hole has been higher than the last.
So why are we getting cold winters in big parts of Europe and North America with snow down to Florida. Some say that it is a change in the airflow and in the movie “The day after tomorrow” they show that the land area in north will go into an ice age. But I think it is another theory that is about the sun, the last 3 years the outburst of energy from the sun has been lower. The sunspots that trow out big amount of energy has been low, and that is good for the global warming problem. This slow down the warming, and the big areas of white snow reflect more of the heat. It is a natural variation in the sun, so that may be normal next winter. But it has a positive effect on the heat of the planet. ^__^

No kidding Mike, I thought the reason we lived in Florida was to avoid cold weather, someone should do something!

Tor Harald Blom , then why did I hear that the names of the “scientists” that provided proof for global warming were actually hotel managers, gas station workers, and a Chinese acupuncture medicine man? I am sorry to say it but this is another of the government’s schemes to see how much influence over us they have like daylight “savings” time. Humans have not lived on the Earth for a second compered to the dinosaurs, and to top that off we have only just started to record weather and global climates. The earth doesn’t need us trying to “fix” something we know very little about, and unless they make super duper bicycles or something, I’ll just stick to moderately priced cars and not hybrids, thank you.
